Musical Mondays Moves Me!: Love Songs!

so here's another cool music blog meme to do.

Amanda at Bloggin’ with Amanda hosts Musical Monday – What Move’s You?.
You can get the instructions by clicking here.

All month long, in honor of Valentine's Day, we are doing love songs!

When I was a teenager and young adult, I loved this song and wanted it to be the song I danced to at my wedding.  Of course, time passed.  I didn't marry my high school sweetheart (who turned out to be a cheating jerk).  I met and married someone else (who, ironically, also turned out to be cheating jerk).  I did NOT use this song as my first dance song.  To tell you the truth, I can't even remember the song I danced with my new husband because the band didn't bother to learn the one we had chosen.  But that's a whole 'nother story for another day.

So when I was a teenager, young and in love, I wanted to dance to Elvis Presley's I Can't Help Falling In Love With You.  To this day, it's still one of my favorite love songs!

I also learned that I was chosen as a "Tag Dancer" on the Spotlight Dance! How cool is that!!  Thanks Marie and Callie and Lorie and Larry for the honor!

Why American men should boycott American women

I am an American man, and I have decided to boycott American women. In a nutshell, American women are the most likely to cheat on you, to divorce you, to get fat, to steal half of your money in the divorce courts, don’t know how to cook or clean, don’t want to have children, etc. Therefore, what intelligent man would want to get involved with American women?

American women are generally immature, selfish, extremely arrogant and self-centered, mentally unstable, irresponsible, and highly unchaste. The behavior of most American women is utterly disgusting, to say the least.

This blog is my attempt to explain why I feel American women are inferior to foreign women (non-American women), and why American men should boycott American women, and date/marry only foreign (non-American) women.

Years ago, my husband was transfered to South Carolina. We went to a Nascar party at the neighbors and I heard talk about "The King". To me it can only be Elvis.... no, that's not who they meant. They meant Richard Petty. Right away, I knew I was in the wrong house.

I love you to Elvis... He was singing to me wasn't he?

My husband was a huge Elvis fan so I heard that song every February 14th, and love it still.
