Six Word Saturday

It's beginning to feel like winter!

On Wednesday, when we had that heavy rain and high winds, it was 65 degrees in the morning.  Once the rains stopped, in early afternoon, the temperatures dropped quickly.  By 4 or 5 pm, it was in the low 40s.  Since then, it's been rather cold in these parts (just north and west of Philadelphia).  We're usually in the mid to high 30s, but as soon as the sun begins to set, so does the temperature, usually into the mid to high 20s.  I know for some of you, this is downright balmy right now, but here in Pennsylvania it feels cold, especially since it was rather warm in the beginning of the week!!  I guess we can't stop Old Man Winter from making his arrival.

Don't believe anyone who says differently, 20s and 30s is COLD! It moves right in and settles in your bones.

There is a reason I no longer live in Chicago!!

It's getting to be more consistently colder now.

By the way, I was at the Coventry Mall yesterday and stopped at the front door of TGIF. I didn't go in, but I did look around to see if you were around.

I was there until a little past 4pm. I was the one looking frazzled (and older than all of the other servers)

I always smile when I look at your blog header...you look like such fun people. Thank you for dropping by my blog today....see followers are just great friends aren't they?
I've been holed up inside with, wait for it, only 15 degrees fahrenheit all week. It is so unusual and the old UK can't cope with it so nothing works....roads are impassable and everyone appears to be at home. Oh well it's given me lots of opportunity to chat to all my new blogging friends which has been great. Stay warm. I've got my ear muffs on :)

Yeah, it's actually been pretty cold here in N. California. More than usual, like in the 20's and 30's. At least it feels like Christmas time now though cause before I was complaining that it was sunny and it was ruining my holidays...lol!

Happy SWS!!

At least it rained...no snow. yet. Or maybe it IS snowing by now.

I lived in Colorado for nearly half a century and I grew to really dislike snow. That's why we retired to the coastal area...it is about 75 degrees today.

Stay warm and dry!!!

If it's below 60 in NorCal it's winter. But having grown up in many colder places I feel your pain.
